Chronic Pain Management

Chronic pain is more than physical discomfort; it can reshape your entire life. It may interfere with your relationships, career, sleep, mood, and ability to engage socially or stay active. Over time, it can erode your sense of identity and autonomy, leaving you feeling isolated or overwhelmed.

To better support those experiencing chronic pain, I have acquired a Post-Graduate Certificate in Chronic Pain Management. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you navigate these challenges. My approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial model, which recognizes that pain is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors.

Working collaboratively, you will gain a deeper understanding of your pain and learn practical strategies to manage it. Through education, skill-building, and personalized planning, you’ll be guided toward reclaiming control and improving your quality of life—even while living with pain.
